POONCH, Oct 10: Poonch District Handball Championship, organized by District Poonch Handball Association under the aegis of J&K Handball Association concluded at Sports Stadium, here today.
In the summit clash, Khari Karmara lost to Stadium XI by 21-12 goals. For Stadium XI, Imtiaz scored 10 goals, while for Khari Karmara, Gurmeet scored 7 goals.
On the valedictory function, DDC Poonch Tariq Ahmed Zargar was the chief guest, who distributed the winner and runner-up trophies in presence of Nirdosh Kumar, Incharge Manager Sports Stadium, Mustaq Ahmed, Bal Krishan, DK Raina, Rajinder Singh and Mukesh Kumar.
The match was officiated by Sourab Sharma, Ram Prakash, Neeraj Sharma and Mohammad Waseem.
The Championship was organized under the supervision of Krishan Lal Sharma, Treasurer, J&K Handball Association.
