JAMMU, Nov 8: Apex Committee member and NC leader Ashok Hangloo and ex Sarpanch Nana Ji while expressing satisfaction over the extension of date for enrolment in voter lists for migrants have demanded that besides the Jagti township and Shanker building the voter lists be kept available at all zonal offices for the convenience of migrants.
In a joint statement the duo said that the Relief organization has taken appropriate steps by extending the date for enrolment of voter lists and demanded that the same be made available at all zonal offices.
They also expressed concern voter the difficulties being faced by newly appointed migrant employees in Valley in seeking the gas connections and urged the Relief Organization to take up the issue with Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department and make delivery of LPG available to these employees.
