SUNDERBANI, Oct 27: Two days Talent versus Talent Open Badminton Championship 2017 concluded today at Harsh Niketan Higher secondary School, here today.
The Championship was organized by the Badminton Association and Universal Sports Club Rajouri and was sponsored by Harsh Niketan Higher secondary School Sunderbani.
About 30 young players participated to exhibit their talent in various categories.
S. Mallikarjun won the Gold, Ragunandan Gupta bagged Silver, while Vidur Raina and Aniket Kumar shared bronze.
In Under-12 boys, the winners included Ashutosh Langer, Harish Sharma, Vansh Gupta & Samar Partap Singh, while in Under-14 boys, those who excelled included Sambhav Sadhyal, Shubham Sharma, Satvik Sharma, Harshit Sharma and Raghav and in Under-14 years girls, Anika Rajput emerged winner and in Under-18 category, S. Mallikarjun , Neeraj Sharma, Vidur Raina and Sourab Singh were the winners, while in above 18 senior category, Ragunandan Gupta, Akash Raina, Ishan Sharma and Kartik Sharma were awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively.
Tehsildar Sunderbani Vijay Sharma was the chief guest on the valedictory function, who awarded the medals to the winners.
