Checking pesky calls

Sir,
TRAI makes yet another attempt to curb pesky texts. It puts higher tariff for sending over 100 messages a day, which is not enough. And levying of penalty is deferred, why?   Despite many attempts of TRAI to curb this menace, it is experienced by millions of people around the country! The regulations of TRAI for controlling telemarketers always fails as alternative ways are found by telemarketers to harass public. These telemarketeting calls and SMSes are just like a dirty call for a girl from rogues! Also it is the violation of privacy rights. A strict legal action must be taken even for a single unwanted commercial call. Therefore best way to get rid of these unwanted  harassment calls is put a blanket ban on such calls with heavy financial penalty.
Also, there is an urgent need to ban spam or unwanted emails by suitable amendments in cyber Act –a heavy penalty and jail imprisonment provisions are need of the hour.
Also landline telemarketing calls are nuisance –it must be dealt the same way as applicable to mobile SMSs etc.
Yours etc….
