JAMMU, Nov 1: Cueists displayed extraordinary skills to beat their rivals while vying for the top honours in the State Senior Snooker Championship, being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Fifteen matches were played in the Championship today.
In the first match, Vicky beat Akash Mahajan by (3-0), Nitin Sharma defeated Abdul Haseeb (3-0), Jaideep Manocha got the better of Abhishek Goswami 3-0, Mudassir Nath trounced Akhshit Gupta 3-0, Agam Anand outplayed Manav Gupta 3-0, Rohit Choudhary outclassed Dilawar Mir 3-0, Saqib Naik defeated Vasu Dev Singh Jamwal 3-0, Abhirath Gulati drubbed Aman Choudhary 3-2, Umar Himanyun prevailed over Rizwan 3-2, Kashif Ahmed defeated his rival 3-1, Nitin Sharma beat Rohit Choudhary 3-1, Sunil Kumar got the better of Ananya Mahajan 3-0, Stanzin Stobdan prevailed over his rival 3-1, Vishal Abrol drubbed Aman Sharma 3-0 and Younis Kuchey trounced Arjun Singh 3-0.
