Pvt Schools Coordination Committee meets FFC Chairman

JAMMU, Nov 8: A delegation of  Jammu and Kashmir Private Schools’ Coordination Committee  called on the  Chairman of Fee Fixation Committee for apprising him the  issues concerning fee regularization.
The delegation, led by  Rameshwar Singh Manhas,  had a detailed discussion with the  Chairman regarding  regularization of fee of private schools. The  Chairman gave a patient hearing to the queries of the members of the Coordination Committee and assured that their cases shall be considered sympathetically. The Chairman also updated the members of the Coordination Committee that the schools have been authorized to enhance fee by not more than 8 percent  for three years. However, those schools who want to enhance fee more than 8 percent or want to increase fee on annual basis, have the opportunity to submit their files to the Fee Fixation Committee and get necessary approvals on merits. Moreover, all schools that have enhanced their fee after 2014, must get their fee regularized by submitting the files to the FFC.
The J and K Private School’s Coordination Committee appealed  to all the private schools to submit their files in the office of Fee Fixation Committee and cooperate with the concerned authorities.
The members of the delegation included Rameshwar Singh Manhas, Balkaran Singh, Rajesh Sharma, Balbir Singh, Mahipal, G  S  Katar, Rohitwardhan Gupta, Rakesh Sharma, Ajay Amla, Dheeraj Gupta, Neeraj Gupta and  Promodh Sharma.
