Technical workers main architect in redesigning profile of State: Bhalla

JAMMU, Nov 14: Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla has said that technical workers are the main architect in redesigning the profile of the State through their planning, adding that in this regard they are helping the Coalition Government in completing projects within stipulated time frame.
This was stated by the Minister while addressing a huge gathering of technical workers at Marble Market in Trikuta Nagar, here today.
Mr. Bhalla said Government is committed to develop every corner of the State on modern lines, adding that peace is a vital tool for taking the developmental to the logical conclusion. He said Government has ensured good governance for the effective implementation of various welfare programmes so that more and more people get benefitted.
The Minister said Government promulgated several acts like Right to Information Act, Public Service Guarantee Act etc by which the participatory involvement of people has been ensured in day-to-day governance. He said by these acts a common man can get the requisite services and information within the stipulated time.
Mr. Bhalla highlighted various reformative steps being taken up by the Government in making available all necessary basic amenities to the people of the State especially those living in rural and far-off pockets.
Later, the Minister also addressed a large gathering at Gangyal organized in connection with Vishwakarma Day celebrations by Industrial Estate workers.
While throwing light on the life of Baba Vishwakarma, Mr Bhalla said  Vishwakarma is the divine architect of the universe, one of the fourteen precious things born of the Samudra Manthan and he also constructed the holy city of Dwarka where Lord Krishna ruled. He said this day is not only celebrated by the engineers and architectural community but also by all professionals.
