KATHUA, Nov 17: DS Heritage Scholar, Barwal More defeated Govt. Model High Secondary School, Nagri Prole by (11-0) in the ongoing ‘SSB Football Cup-2017’, organized under “Samajik Chetna Abhiyan” by 66 Battalion, SSB Jammu, at Sports Stadium here.
In the 2nd match played between Army Public School Janglote and Central School Kathua in which former defeated later by 16-0.
The main motive of Samajik Chetna Abhiyan” SSB Football club-2017 is to create zeal in the rising youngsters so that they can represent our country at the international level.
At Kathua, the opening ceremony was done by Jitendra Singh, Former Cabinet Minister J&K. Ajay Kumar, Commandant, Barjeet Singh, Dy. Comdt. SP Tondup, Dy. Comdt. and Ritesh Kumar, Asstt. Comdt. were present on the occasion.
Earlier, Ajay Kumar, Commandant presented welcome address.
