KATHUA, Nov 18: Football Club Kathua Rebels and Football Club United Kathua registered victories over their rivals in the ongoing ‘SSB Football Cup-2017’, being organized under ‘Samajik Chetna Abhiyan’ by 66 Battalion, SSB Jammu at Sports Stadium, here today.
Earlier, Football Club Kathua Rebels defeated Government Model Higher Secondary School Nagri Prole by (11-0), while in another match, Football Club United Kathua defeated Army Public School Janglote by (3-0).
Ajay Kumar, Commandant, Barjeet Singh, Deputy Commandant, SP Tondup, Deputy Commandant and Ritesh Kumar, Assistant Commandant were present on the occasion.
With these matches, semifinals lineup has been drawn in the Tournament.
In semifinals to be played tomorrow, Football Club Rebels will take Army Public School Janglote, while DS Heritage School Barwal Morh will lock-horns with Football Club United Kathua.
