JAMMU, Nov 18: A placement drive was conducted at Government Polytechnic, Jammu for the fresh passed out students of 2017 batch of Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation & Control Engineering of Government Polytechnic of Jammu division.
The drive was conducted by HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HEML) for recruitment in Guru Gobind Singh Refinery at Bathinda in Punjab. The company offered a package of Rs 2.4 lakh + performance bonus 0-15 percent of CTC besides free accommodation and other benefits.
A total of 35 students appeared for the campus placement drive. Charanjeet Singh (Head-HR), Mohit Sabharwal, (AGM) and Sandeep Singh (Chief Welfare Officer) from HEML interacted with students for Pre Placement Talk followed by Written Test (Technical), Psychometric Test, Group Discussion and PersonaI interview.
The final interview of the shortlisted candidates with appointment order will be conducted in the company at Bhatinda next week.
