JAMMU, Nov 27: In order to educate the students on the perpetual problem of malnutrition, GD Goenka Public School Jammu, governed by Om Prakash Bansal Charitable Trust today invited Dr Neelam (MD Pharmocology), presently working as Medical Officer at GMC Jammu to address the students.
Dr. Neelam informed the students on the main causes of malnutrition, its symptoms, affected areas and population in Jammu. Her insightful address on the prevalent problem of malnutrition enlightened the students and helped them understand the gravity of the problem and choose a befitting panacea for the problem.
The seminar was attended by the Principal, Rajesh Rathore and Vice- Principal, Aparna Verma.
She explained the importance of eating healthy food and avoiding food waste.
