JAMMU, Dec 8: Ace shooter Kavya Kochhar from Jammu and Kashmir secured silver medal in under-17 Girls category in 63rd National Sc-hool Games (Shooting Champi-onship) held at Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra, recently.
Kochhar, class X student, secured silver medal in 10m Air Pistol Shooting and brought laurels for the state in the prestigious event of School Games Federation of India (SGFI).
The Director Youth Services and Sports lauded the efforts of Kavya for this achievement.
