JAMMU, Dec 25: Heliotrope Budding Stars School, Karan Bagh Jammu celebrated its fourth Annual Day at Polytechnic College’s Auditorium Vikram Chowk, here.
Vikram Randhawa, Member Legislative Council was the chief guest, while Ranjeet Kalra, Vice Chairman State Sports Council Jammu presided over the function.
Pardeep Dutta and Vikas Sharma were the guests of honour. Harshu R Kumar Principal, Ravinder Kour, Vice Principal, staff members, kids and parents attended the programme.
The stage was conducted by Urmi R Kumar.
The programme started with ‘Vande Matram’ song presented by the kids followed by other colourful items.
The students presented various cultural items that were appreciated by the chief guest, dignitaries and parents present on the occasion.
A modeling show, added great élan, as enthusiastic students walked on the ramp with grace and poise.
The performances and presentations by the children at pre primary level surprised the guests and audience.
Prizes were also distributed among the children and parents under various categories including best students, saptrishi parents, Super grand parents, saptrishi kids, Divas and dudes, Best cook mothers etc etc.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal said that the children at this age are like budding plants which need a lot of care and proper guidance.
Ravinder Kour, Vice Principal presented the vote of thanks.
