JAMMU, Dec 29: Former Minister Raman Bhalla flagged off two cyclists on a mission to paddle from Jammu to Kanyakumari in an impressive function, here.
Utkarsh Verma from Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) and Parminder Sharma from Haryana were the two cyclists who are determined to set new record by covering a distance of 3850 kilometers in 17 days.
Mr Bhalla applauded the efforts of the cyclists who paddle with an objective to spread the message of pollution free India in collaboration with Green International Outlook.
Mr Bhalla appreciated the objective of the cyclists in promoting more and more pollution free mode of transport to save environment, which is the life and breath of the planet.
