This refers “Jora charges coalition with failure on all fronts”.
His party Congress was in power in the State for 12 long-years from 2003 to 2014, first with PDP and then with NC. Some projects were sanctioned for Ladakh area by last NDA Govt of Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 2003/2004-(1) Solar Power Plants (2) tunnel on Kashmir-Leh route. Both these projects did not see the light of day while he was representing Ladakh area, probably as minister also. Regarding discrimination with Jammu, similar treatment has been given to Jammu when Congress was sharing power in the State Govt. Some projects of Jammu which he has mentioned in his address were not getting any better attention during previous Govt also. Otherwise these projects would have been inaugurated by the Congress ministers of previous regime.
