Sir,
It is requested to J&K State Govt to issue SRO in favour of Lecturers of 10+2 schools as per Cabinet decision No. 184/11/2017. Dated : 3-10-2017. It is pertinent to mention that lecturers of 10+2 schools who were selected through J&K Public Service Commission were demanding full salary like Asstt. Professors, doctors and others selected through PSC in the same manner. Majority of these lecturers are highly qualified with Ph.D and NET qualifications. After selection they were adjusted in difficult areas on vacant posts. They launched great struggle to get justice and Education Minister and J&K Govt was kind enough to take Cabinet decision No. 184/11/2017 Dated 3-10-2017 to grant them full pay and allowances. Now three months have passed but the SRO has not been issued in their favour. It is requested that full pay SRO may kindly be issued in their favour at an earliest because at present they are eligible for salary of Rs Fifteen thousands only which is even less then a class IVth employee. It is pertinent to mention that after Cabinet decision these highly qualified lecturers had left preparation for other jobs like KAS etc, but due to delay in issuance of SRO there is great confusion in the minds of these candidates and many of them have started preparation for KAS and other Higher Cadre jobs. So please look into genuine demand of these lecturers for equal pay and allowances.
Yours etc…
