English short-stories book released

JAMMU, Jan 23:  An English short-stories book ‘Societal Mirror’, authored by Dr Chambail Sabharwal, was released by Prof K S charka, president of Jammu University Teachers Association along with his team, including Dr Vikram, Dr Sandeep Singh and Dr Megna Dhar.
In the book, the author has pointed out duplicity of the society, where daughters are treasure of all sympathies but majority people feel bad on birth of a girl child.  Most of the short stories pertain to girl child development.
These short stories analyze causes of domestic agitation and discontent that harm and mutilate domestic happiness and psychologically effect future generation. Author writes that every ethical and virtuous quality and character is hidden in human body in active or inactive form and needs to be charged with commitment and faithfulness. He further describes the importance of spiritual satisfaction with pleasure and peace for a family in our transitory existence on this planet.
Through the stories, the author  seeks to convey that only a happy home with love and respect among parentsQ and other members keeps away the wrinkling thoughts in a child and builds a frictionless conducive behaviour full of sympathies and active concern for learning the achieve goal.
About hundred copies of this book are being distributed free among girl students of various private schools and two Government Women colleges of Jammu city.
