JAMMU, Jan 23: The Relief Organization has issued a stern warning to the encroachers of Government quarters in the migrant camps both in Jammu region and Kashmir valley.
In a statement issued here, today Deputy Commissioner, Relief, K K Sidha said that such persons will be dealt strongly under law.
He said in case such encroachers fall under the relief category their ration and relief will be stopped immediately, besides their registration as migrant will be cancelled. The organization will also initiate criminal proceedings against such unscrupulous elements and file FIRs against them in concerned police stations.
He said in case the trespasser is a Government employee then action under service rules will be taken against him and no one will be spared how influential he may be.
He said those who have illegally occupied the TRTs, shops and land of relief organization should immediately vacate the same failing which the action will be taken as stated against them.
