RAMBAN, Nov 25: Police today arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the last one year.
Police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police party from Banihal Police Station conducted a raid at RS Pura area of Jammu and arrested the absconder Jatinder Bhagat, son of Lal Chand Bhagat of Rathyana, RS Pura.
The absconder was involved in a case registered under Sections 279/337/304-A RPC of Police Station Banihal, spokesman said, adding, that he was brought to Banihal Police Station and later produced before the Court of Law.
