JAMMU, Feb 11: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
According to a police official, a youth identified as Ramesh Lal (28) son of Karam Chand, resident of Kanal (Bishnah), was shifted here at GMCH on February 6 with serious injuries which he had sustained due to fall from a passenger auto at Bishnah.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries late last night. Today after completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. The concerned police had taken cognizance of the matter.
