REASI, Feb 16: Riya Sharma of Government Girls Higher Secondary School clinched gold medal in girls 100 meters sprint race in the Range Level Sports Festival organized by District Police Reasi, under Civic Action Programme (CAP) at DPL, here.
Mamta Devi of GHS Ramnagar and Khalida Bibi of GHSS Bharakh claimed silver and bronze in 100 meters sprint race respectively.
In 200 meters boys, Abhishek Kumar of AOC HSS Udhampur, Sanjeev Singh of GHSS Barakh and Tariq Ali of GBHSS Reasi bagged gold, silver and bronze respectively.
In Discus Throw boys, Romit Sharma, Gourav Singh and Jasvinder Singh claimed gold silver and bronze medals respectively.
The Range Level Sports Festival is being held under the overall supervision of SSP Reasi in association with ASP Reasi, DySP Hqrs Reasi and DySP DAR DPL Reasi.
District Youth Services and Sports Officer Reasi, Dr Swarn Singh Chib and Chief Education Officer Reasi provided necessary cooperation in holding the event in befitting manner.
