JAMMU, Mar 3: While State BJP celebrated victory of party in the Assembly elections in North-East by holding a function at Party Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar here today, Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh complimented the people of Tripura and Nagaland for giving a decisive mandate to BJP in these two States.
Dr Nirmal Singh also congratulated the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, Party national president, Amit Shah and national general secretary, Ram Madhav for the landslide victory of the Party in the two states of NE and said they deserve credit for the same.
At BJP Headquarters here jubilant party workers danced to the tunes of drum beats and distributed sweets to celebrate the victory of the party in two NE States.
BJP State president & MLA Sat Sharma led the celebration along with State vice-presidents Parmodh Kapahi, Rajni Sethi, State general secretaries, Dr. Narinder Singh, Harinder Gupta, MLC Vikram Randhawa, MLAs Rajesh Gupta, Dalip Parihar and other senior leaders of the party.
Party activists were busy in distributing and offering sweets to each other and dancing to the tune of drum beats as these results are going to raise the tally of BJP ruled states to above 20.
Sat Sharma, while congratulating the party workers, said that the all credit of present victory in North -Eastern states goes to the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and BJP national president, Amit Shah. He stated that this win has further cemented the BJP’s claim that it is the only true voice of all the common people from each and every region of the country. Sharma claimed that the Indian people have accepted the ideology of the party by their heart.
Sharma said that BJP has always worked with the “nation first, party second and self last” while keeping focus on the last person living in the most neglected sections of the society. “This is the victory of truth, development and nationalism”, said jubilant Sat Sharma. He said that common masses have voted for the country rising above the party and other politics.
