Randhawa dedicates renovated classrooms to students

JAMMU, Mar 16: Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa, today dedicated newly renovated classrooms to the students of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Channi Himmat in Gandhi Nagar Assembly Constituency.
While addressing the students after dedicating the renovated classrooms Randhawa said that he is committed to raise quality infrastructure in GHSS, Channi Himmat to make it a model school. He said the students are the real assets of the nation where teachers and schools with good infrastructure can shape their future which in turn can shape  the future of the nation.
Randhawa said that after renovation the classrooms are giving a beautiful look which is required for the students to feel good and create an atmosphere of happiness which is visible on the faces of the students. It may be recalled that GHSS, Channi Himmat, has been adopted by the MLC, Ch. Vikram Randhawa.
Randhawa said that he will provide all possible help to the school to ensure that it is raised up as a Model School with all modern facilities available. He also directed the staff of the school to adopt modern techniques of teaching so that the students from Government schools as well can compete with those studying in private schools.
Others who were present on the occasion include Parveen Akhter Principal of GHSS Channi Himmat, Satinder Kour, Neetu Randhawa, Kamaljit Kour, Anjana Rani, Naveen Katoch, Romit Kumar, Farhat Akhter, Nargis Bano, Shivani and BDO Satwari, Shahid Iqbal.
