JAMMU, Mar 29: Commissioner Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, Muhammad Afzal Bhat, was accorded a warm farewell by senior officers and the staff of the department at a function organized, here today.
Director, Agriculture Jammu, Hari Krishan Razdan, Secretary, APD, Showkat Ahmed Beigh, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, Jatinder Singh, Director, Law Enforcement, Sushil Sahni, Special Secretary, APD, Leena Padha, Joint Director of Agriculture (Inputs), Jammu, KS Sambyal, Joint Director of Agriculture (Extension) and other officers and staff were present on the occasion.
The speakers appreciated the dedication and commitment of Commissioner Secretary towards his duties. They highlighted his rich contribution in different departments and wished him a happy and healthy post retirement life.
A warm send off was also accorded to Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Legal Assistant, Department of Law and Parliamentary Affairs, on attaining superannuation, by the officers and officials of the department.
At a farewell function organized by the department, Law Secretary, Abdul Majeed Bhat, and the staff hailed the contribution of Ghulam Mohd Bhat towards the department and wished him a happy and prosperous post-retirement life.
