UDHAMPUR, Apr 22: SFA Inter Academies Football League for Reasi and Udhampur Cluster kicked off at Subhash Stadium, here.
In this cluster Udhampur and Reasi district SFA teams under three age groups comprising of 13, 15, and 18 respectively are participating.
During the inauguration of Reasi Cluster Joint Secretary State Sports Council Shiv Kumar Sharma was the chief guest while as a Advocate Swataner Dev Kotwal was the guest of honour.
The chief guest and the guest of honour inaugurated the SFA Inter Academies League of Reasi Cluster.
While addressing the gathering Shiv Kumar said that through such domestic competition the players will gain exposure.
“The whole SFA team is doing commendable job and such competitions will definitely boost exposure and experience of players,” he said.
The match was also witnessed by the Manager Subhash Stadium, Shaktish Chopra, International Yoga Coach Anil Gupta, and Hockey Coach Dalvinder Singh besides the beautiful crowd who were enthralled into every moment of game.
During the first day, three matches were played between SFA Udhampur and SFA Reasi among three age groups U-13, U-15, and U-18 in which SFA Udhampur dusted SFA Reasi in all age categories and emerge victorious to lead the points table.
