NPP leader joins fast of Rassana protesters

KATHUA, May 3: The fast unto death launched by Rassana residents entered in 34th day at Kootah Morh today.
The National Panthers Party (NPP) also came in the support of the Rassana residents and president of the party, Balwant Singh Mankotia along with ten members team also sat on one day hunger strike at Kootah Morh.
They were protesting in support of their demand of CBI inquiry in Rassna tribal girl murder mystery. While talking to media persons Balwant Singh Mankotia alleged that when both the parties even the alleged accused and victim families are demanding the CBI inquiry, then why State Government is keeping mum on the issue.
The Dogra community is badly labeled in the rest of world that they are rapists. He said that the Panthers Party is raising protest from very first day in support of justice to tribal girl and want to put the actual culprits behind the bars. “Now we are going to Delhi to raise protest in National Capital to highlight the demand of CBI inquiry as questions are raised on the investigation of Crime Branch.
He said the protest and agitation will continue till the CBI inquiry is ordered.  The Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti is working on the guidelines of hardliner Geelani and Geelani wants to creates disturbance and division in the society. “In such circumstance how can we hope justice from State Government he asked?. We are going to knock the doors of Central Government and want to apprise the people of the country that how Jammu people are discriminated. The member of Hindu Ekta Manch, Vijay Tagotra also widely criticized the PDP-BJP Coalition Government for creating communalism and division in the society and Rassana murder mystery has raised a wall of communalism,  if any innocent punished. “We cannot hope any justice from our leaders but our fight will continue till end for order of CBI probe”, he added.
