JAMMU, May 14: Jammu Tawi Warriors registered convincing victory over AHCC and entered in the next stage of the JKCA Premier Cricket Championship which is being organized by JKCA under the supervision of Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal at Science College Ground, here.
Batting first, AHCC collapsed at 96 runs in 26.4 overs. Sahil (25), Sandeep (18) and VR Partap (14) were the main contributors. From bowling side, Waqar took 3 wickets, while Saqib bagged 2 wickets.
In reply, Jammu Tawi Warriors chased the target in 15.4 overs by losing 2 wickets. Aqib top scored with 52 runs and Usman contributed 19 runs to the total. From bowling, Arun and Sandeep took 1 wicket each. Aqib was declared as the man of the match.
