Raina, Lal Singh meet Amit Shah

JAMMU, May 28: BJP State president Ravinder Raina and former Minister Choudhary Lal Singh today met BJP national president Amit Shah in New Delhi in which they briefed Shah on activities of the party including the cause of Rassana people spearheaded by Lal Singh by holding mega rallies at various places.
Raina gave detailed briefing of the political and security situation prevailing in Jammu and Kashmir to Amit Shah including working of PDP-BJP coalition Government especially the BJP Ministers.
Raina told the Excelsior from New Delhi after the meeting tonight that Shah gave clean chit to Choudhary Lal Singh on Rassana issue saying there was nothing wrong in demanding CBI probe into the case.
Shah asked Raina to keep reviewing performance of the BJP Ministers at regular intervals and then brief him on their working.
Raina has been asked to rejuvenate the party cadre to retain three Lok Sabha seats of Jammu-Poonch, Udhampur-Doda and Ladakh in next year’s elections and also try to annex one or two seats in the Kashmir valley.
