SRINAGAR: Militants attacked an Army vehicle in Pulwama district on Friday evening.
Army sources said that militants, who were hiding in an orchard at Machpuna in Pulwama, fired at an Army vehicle on Friday evening. “The soldiers also retaliated, ensuing in a brief exchange of fire,” they said.
The militants managed to escape. No one was injured in the attack. Additional security forces have been rushed and a search operation has been launched to nab the attackers. (AGENCIES)
