SAMBA, June 25: Outplaying Sarbjeet Singh in a tough contest in the main bout, Wrestler Kamaljeet Singh won the Sidh Goria Kesari Dangal title today.
Kamaljeet, the winner of the title was awarded with a mace, strap, and cash award by the organizers.
The tough bout lasted for 25 minutes, wherein Kamaljeet brushed his opponent Manjit emerged winner.
In the second bout, Wrestler Ravi of Indore defeated wrestler Manna of Patiala, while in the third mali, there was a fight between Manish of Punjab and Babu of Gurdaspur, which ended in a tie.
190 bouts were played during the event. Earlier, Mahant Pir Girdari Nath of Sidh Goria Mutt inaugurated the Dangal, while senior BJP leader Jai Ram Sharma was also present on the occasion.
