JAMMU, July 3: The Higher Education Department today ordered cancellation of all attachments of officers and officials made from time to time in the department forthwith.
An official order said all attached employees shall be deemed to have been relieved with the directions to report to their departments/institutions by today afternoon.
“In case any officer/official doesn’t comply with the order, he/she shall be deemed to have been on un-authorized absence and disciplinary action will be initiated against him/her under rules,’’ the order said.
