J&K bundles out Haryana for 109 runs

JAMMU, Dec 22: Bowlers dominated day-1 of the J&K-Haryana match of Cooch Behar U-19 Cricket Tournament as J&K bundled out Haryana for paltry 109 runs in the first innings, while in reply J&K were 126/6 in 48.2 overs at stumps today.
Earlier, batting first, Haryana scored 109 runs in 38.3 overs, with Shamsher Yadav being the top scoring with 23 runs. Lovekesh Kumar and Ashish Parmar contributed 13 runs each to the total. For J&K, paceman Omar Nazir was the wrecker-in-chief, who captured 4 wickets in 13.3 overs by conceding 37 runs, while Rohit Sharma and Ahmed Banday claimed 2 wickets each and Paras Sharma picked one.
J&K, in reply were struggling at 126/6 in 48.2 overs. Sidharth Magotra (44), Shubam Khajuria (29), Paras Sharma (20) and Ahmed Banday (15) were the main contributors from J&K. Aquib Nazir (07) and Hisham Saleem (00) were at the crease when the stumps were drawn today.
