UDHAMPUR, Dec 27: District Information Centre, Udhampur today organized a multilingual Mushiara at Block Headquarters Majalta in Udhampur district during the 2nd day of Employment Fair.
The prominent and budding poets of the district which mainly include Prem Chand Bhloka, Prem Nath Sharma, Nirmta Bali, Mohinder Kumar, Amitab Zakhmi, Raghuveer Singh etc participated in the poetic symposium and presented poetic verses touching various aspects of life and society .
Deputy Director Employment, Udhampur, Mr. Sandesh Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest appreciated the efforts of Information Department for organizing Mushaira and said that such programmes should be organized in future also so that that people in general and literary personalities of the district may participate in such programmes.
