Inter-Collegiate Volleyball

JAMMU, Oct 9: Government Degree College (GDC Khour) and GDC Khilotrain were among the six winners on day-1 of the Inter-Collegiate Volleyball (Men) Tournament 2018-19, being organized by the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education, University of Jammu, which commenced at University Volleyball Court, here today.
In the matches played today, GDC Ramban beat IMS Patoli by (2-0) sets, GDC, Khilotrain defeated MBS College by (2-0) sets, GDC Poonch drubbed Dogra Degree College by (2-0) sets, GDC Khour trounced GDC Nowshera by (2-0) sets, GDC Kathua outplayed GDC Basohli by (2-0) sets and GGM Science College prevailed over GDC Bani by (2-0) sets.
The matches were officiated by Amit Sharma, Mulkhraj, S. Amarjeet Singh, Manik Nargotra, Abneet Sharma, Rahul Bansh and Bhavana Sharma.
The Tournament is being conducted under the supervision of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, Director Sports & Physical Education.
