JAMMU, Oct 13: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) J&K organised Group Song Competition in Hindi and Sanskrit at Government College for Women (GCW) Parade, here today.
12 teams each in Hindi and Sanskrit participated in the event.
The programme was initiated by General Secretary Ved Prakash Gupta, followed by Deep Prajvalan and Vande Matram.
SK Sharma, Additional Commissioner Income Tax was the chief guest on the occasion, while Hemla Aggarwal, Principal Government College for Women; Amit Sharma, Director Food Civil Supplies and Kumud Mehta Regional Secretary Sampark.
Earlier, Anita Sharma, State President BVP presented welcome address, while the programme was conducted by Arun Sharma, Regional Secretary Organisation and vote of thanks was presented by TC Taggar.
