SMS College hosts Paper Reading Competition on Gandhian Philosophy

JAMMU, Oct 25: Sant Mela Singh (SMS) College of Education, Digiana organised Inter-College Paper Reading Competition on Gandhian Philosophy, which was participated by the students of various Colleges.
Prof Anurag Gangal, Director Gandhian Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies, University of Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion, while the panel of judges comprised of Prof Sewa Singh, Prof Anju Sudan and Prof Inderjeet Kour.
Chairman of the College Prof Anmol Singh presided over the function.
Anisha Mahajan of Ranjeet College of Education and Ravneet Kour of Sant Mela Singh College of Education shared 1st prize, while Vanshika Jmawal of Galaxy College of Edcuation stood second. The third prize was shared by Shifali Choudhary of Chenab College of Education and Palakpreet Kour of Ranjeet College of Education. The Consolation prize went to Shabnam of Guru Nanak College of Education.
Earlier, Principal of the College, Dr Kiran Luthra presented welcome address, while Prof Charanjeet Kour presented vote of thanks and conducted proceedings of the programme.
