UDHAMPUR, Nov 22: Three-day sports event under Khelo India Scheme started at Government High School, Ramnagar which was inaugurated by Block Development Officer, Dr. Manmeet Kumar.
Around 119 participants drawn from seven different educational institutions participated in the first day today.
On first day, in Volleyball under 15 years category, the first match was played between Rising Pillar Public High School Ramnagar and High School Kulwanta, which was won by the HS Kulwanta. Besides, Kabaddi, Long Jump, 100 meters Sprint and shot put were the main events in the programme.
