PATHANKOT, Jan 23: Deepak Dutta, son of Shashi and VK Dutta, J&K’s famous dancer got prestigious Satyam Kala Sammaan for his outstanding contribution in the field of dance.
The Nrityashree Dutta received this award during an Inter-State Cultural Exchange Programme namely Talash-e-Hunner organized by Satyam Kala Manch Pathankot at Satyam Institute of Education and Research, here.
Deepak was the head of the jury in the events of Duet Dance, Solo Dance, Regional, Theme Dance and Choreographic Skills.
27 teams drawn from the States of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir participated in the event.
