JAMMU, Jan 28: To promote village sports and keep youth away from drugs and social evils, Dangal Committee of Village Kapota in block Dansal organized a grand dangal, here today.
Over 50 wrestlers participated in the event and displayed their strength. Anil Sharma, general secretary, All Jammu and Kashmir Panchayat Conference and Sarpanch, Jandrah Panchayat was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed prizes.
Prominent among others present on the occasion included Shiv Lal Dingra, Mohan Lal, Mohammad Shafi, Shiv Ram, Balwant Singh, Balak Ram, Lal Chand, Rahgubir Singh, Sandhal Singh and Kuku Khajuria.
