NEW DELHI:Fuel prices dipped further on Thursday with petrol being sold at Rs 69.74 per litre in the national capital.
In Mumbai, petrol is retailing at Rs 75.36 per litre while in Kolkata it costs Rs 71.84 per litre and Rs 72.36 per litre in Chennai.
Diesel prices also witnessed a dip. The diesel price in Delhi also reduced to Rs 63.76 per litre and to Rs 66.72 per litre in Mumbai, down by 7 paise each from Wednesday’s price, according to the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) data.
While in Kolkata, diesel costs Rs 65.51 per litre and Rs 67.31 per litre in Chennai, a cut of 8 paise each in both the cities.
Also, in Noida petrol is priced at Rs 69.75, down 4 paise compared to Wednesday’s rate and diesel is sold at Rs 63.21, down 6 paise. In Gurugram, petrol is being sold at Rs 70.78 a litre and diesel at Rs 63.83 per litre.
