SRINAGAR, Dec 27: Anti Corruption Bureau Kashmir today presented charge sheet (Challan) against two Tehsil Supply Officers (TSOs), who were caught red handed accepting bribe for release of ration.
Challan in case FIR No. 28/2017 P/S VoK, now (Anti-Corruption Bureau) against the accused namely, Yunus Ahmad Parray (TSO) CAPD Department Narbal and Abdul Rashid Khan, the then (TSO) CAPD Department Narbal, before the Court of Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar.
The accused had demanded and accepted illegal gratification from the complainant namely, Manzoor Ahmad Rather son of Sonaullah Rather of Bunmakhama Beerwah for releasing of ration. The accused were presented before the Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar.
