JAMMU, Dec 28: A joint meeting was organized by Pradesh Congress Migrant Cell and Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) at Jagti township today which was chaired by Shadi Lal Pandita, co-convener PCC Migrant Cell.
Addressing the meeting, Pandita said that during last over four years, the BJP Government at Centre has failed to redress the problems of displaced people from Valley. He said though ration cards have been issued to migrant employees and pensioners but it is surprising that only four kg ration is being supplied against one ration card which does not suffice to a family to keep its body and soul together.
He also expressed concern over failure of Government to implementing the employment package for displaced youth.
