JAMMU, Dec 29: Nagrota Cricket Club registered win over Singh Cricket Club Bawa Talab by 23 runs and registered berth in the next stage of the ongoing KC Sports Club Cup, here today.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Nagrota CC scored 129 runs. Naresh made splendid 52 runs whereas Rahul contributed with 26 runs.
From bowling side, Shanu and Ankush took 3 and 2 wickets respectively.
While chasing the target, Singh CC collapsed at 106 runs. Kavi made 23 runs and Vikram scored 10 runs.
From Nagrota CC, Bindu took 4 wickets whereas Pradeep scalped 2 wickets.
Sahil of Nagrota CC was declared as Man of the Match.
The match was officiated by Ashok Kumar, Vijay Raina and Puran Raina.
