NDA may fall short of majority

JAMMU, Jan 24: ABP News-C Voter Survey has predicted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)- led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) would fall well short of majority in the next Lok Sabha elections, winning only 233 seats out of a total of 543.
The NDA will miss the majority mark, which is 272.
The Congress-led UPA is predicted to get 167 seats while others would get 143.
As per the survey, the TMC is likely to win 34 out of 42 seats in West Bengal, BJP 7 and UPA one.
The BJP will win 24 out of 26 seats in Gujrat and Congress 2.
In Bihar, the NDA could win 35 out of 40 seats while in Maharashtra, NDA was likely to muster only 20 out of 48 seats while UPA could get 28.
In UP, SP-BSP alliance may get 51 out of 80 seats, BJP 25 and UPA 4.
