JAMMU, Jan 25: Jammu and Kashmir State Senior Kabaddi team left for 66th Senior National Championship to be held at Raigarh in Maharashtra from January 28, 2019.
The State team will participate under the banner of J&K State Amateur Kabaddi Association and J&K State Sports Council.
Anil Gupta, President, J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association distributed sports kits among the selected players in the presence of Kuldeep Kumar Gupta, CEO J&K Kabaddi Association, Surinder Mohan, General Secretary, Sangram Singh, Treasurer, Sanjit Kumar, District Secretary, Anil Modi, Organising Secretary, Ankush Chib, Associate Secretary, Dinesh Gupta and Rakesh Kumar, International Player.
The State team in Senior Men’s Section includes Jehangir Ahmed Dar (Captain), Shakeel Ahmed Akhoon, Mohd Tanveer, Rakesh Kumar, Sikender Lal, ,Mushtaq Ahmed, Atinderpal Singh, Amandeep Singh, Pawan Kumar, Tazeem Ahmed, Avtar Singh, Rohit Chaudhary.
Sangram Singh is the Manager of the team and Manik Sharma is the coach.
