JAMMU, Feb 1: Directorate of Social Welfare Department today accorded a warm and affectionate farewell to Bansi Lal, Section Officer of Director Social Welfare, Jammu on his superannuation.
The Department organized a simple function today in honour of the retiree in which Veer Ji Hangloo, State Mission Director, ICDS, Dr Bharat Bhushan, Director Social Welfare, Jammu, Babu Ram, Additional Secretary, Social Welfare and Umesh Baru, Deputy Director, Planning, Social Welfare Department and many other officers and officials were present. Dr Bharat Bhushan, while appreciating services of the retiring officer, presented him a memento. He as well as other officers wished the retiring officer a happy and healthy post retirement life.
Kathua Police gave a warm send off to four retiring police officers and officials namely Sub Inspector Hans Raj, ASI Ram Chand, ASI Mast Ram and ASI Jaswant Singh. The send off function was chaired by Shridhar Patil, SSP Kathua while Nikhil Rasgotra, Deputy SP Headquarters Kathua, KD Bhagat Deputy SP DAR Kathua and other senior serving and retired officers were also present. SSP Kathua felicitated retiring officers with retirement gifts and wished them good health and long life.
