UDHAMPUR, Feb 7: The first newly formed Telephone Advisory Committee meeting of Udhampur SSA was held here today under the co-chairmanship of MP Lok Sabha, Choudhary Lal Singh.
TDM, Udhampur, AK Sharma, welcomed the guests and TAC members and introduced them with the new services and schemes launched by BSNL recently. He also briefed the members with the new development works undertaken by BSNL. Besides, he also apprised MP Chaudhary Lal Singh about the difficulties being faced by BSNL Udhampur from other State or Central Government Departments like PDD, JKP and GREF.
Addressing the meeting, Singh highlighted the role of BSNL in making available the Telecom services in each corner of the State. He stressed for the need of improvement of BSNL services to the expectations of the people.
All the members applauded the launching of new services like WiMax, Broadband and e-Governance by BSNL Udhampur. They stressed for the improvement in quality of Mobile services by BSNL and also gave their valuable suggestions for the purpose.
