JAMMU, Feb 20: In a PIL seeking demolition of the illegal/unauthorized buildings raised in green buffer areas of Patnitop, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Tashi Rabstan has granted more time to the respondents for filing affidavit in terms of earlier order.
On last date of hearing, Division Bench had directed that Patnitop Development Authority shall be given assistance by the Police Department, Revenue Department, Town Planning and Forest Department in identification and removal of encroachments.
