SAMBA, Feb 26: In an effort to provide impetus to physical standards of villagers, the Arsenal Brigade at Basoli Morh organised an event at Gurha Slathia area of Vijaypur here today.
According to the reports, Land of Royal Rajputs’ is a village located 30 Kilometers away from South of Jammu City in Samba district. It is one of the villages in the country that boasts of 90 percent of its population who have or are presently serving in the Army.
Today, the Indian Army provided gym infrastructure like vertical rope, horizontal rope and chin up bar at the Stadium so as to provide access to better gym amenities.
The event was attended by civil dignitaries of Samba district & military officials from Arsenal Brigade, Basoli Morh.
The villagers expressed their gratitude & applauded the efforts of Army.
The event was also attended by villagers of adjoining villages, who also expressed their heartfelt appreciation for Indian Army.
