KATRA, Mar 28: The police solved a theft case which took place at Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan, Katra last night and arrested two persons in this connection.
A police spokesman said this morning, Secretary of Radha Swami Satsung Bhawan, Serbad lodged a written complaint that during the intervening night of 27 and 28, a theft has taken place at Radha Swami Satsung Bhawan, Serbad.
On this, ASP Katra constituted a Police team headed by SI Suman Singh which swung into action and arrested some suspects. During the interrogation, two persons namely- Kaku Ram and Munna, both sons of Bittu Ram, residents of Serbad, Tehsil Katra confessed their involvement in the said case. Stolen items were also recovered from them.
On this, a case FIR No.79/2019 U/S 457/380 RPC has been registered at P/S Katra. The recovery was made by SHO Katra under the supervision of ASP Katra Naresh Singh.
